Little big planet rare and exclusive dlc on psn

hi guys i need some help to download this exclusive dlc, when you enter on the psn store, got to the search box on the top and type "little big planet launch rare" in the end of the search it will pop up some rare dlc that won't appear by looking on the little big plane 1, 2 or vita add-ons section, every time i try to download this dlc it puts a message saying " this content cannot be accessed on your account"

so is there anyway to bypass his? like using a proxy server for example, also, some of my friends manage to bypass 1 or 2 downloads and i should say this rare dlc was release when their perspective games were launch and they were removed after a week from their launch and will never be released again (except for the rare prize crown that can be won in contests), also, who knows how much those things will be on the search box until they are completely removed, so please if anyone can do something i would really appreciate if they let me know

P.S.: those rare downloads also appear on the ps vita if you search them up on the vita psn store but it won't appear the download option on them

I'm pretty sure the items that give that message are only for codes eg. for promotions, there are a few games I've noticed that double up when you use the search function and one of them will give the message

The crown dlc is the only one that can be obtained trough a code, the t-shirts were on sale for a week and they were removed and are not going to be released again, actually one of these was launched a week ago because lbp vita was launched and it was removed 2 days ago, these stuff started to appear since lbp vita was launched since they are trying to make the ps3 and the ps vita dlc compatible, i also observed that other people get different rare costumes when they do the search, but like i said some people have manage to bypass that message and download them

Google says the rare t-shirt and the spaceman suit are $5 each, are you able to ask the people who were able to bypass it?

well is a bi random, some of them said that they manage to bypass it but the download icon was grey, then some other manage to download by causing a massive lag so i guess is kinda random and the spacesuit costume is actually for free but is avaible for a limited time also
