is latest psjb download an updated payload?

i downloaded (from v1.3) the downgrade_x.fla and prog_x.fla just to have them. since i don't need to downgrade, i was wondering if the prog_x.fla was a new payload (possibly updated with peek/poke or other types of functionality found in others) or if it was simply their original payload that's used to restore the device to a jailbreaker instead of downgrader.

as always, there's never much info at their official site, and it seems that some of you are a lot more in the loop about such things.

does anyone know the answer to this?

it sure seems that they would want to update their original payload to at least include some of the benefits from other payloads which there's is lacking.

Nope, it's the same payload that's normally on there. Unfortunately for the PSJB team, they've never bothered to update their payload, which has made them kinda of a mockery in the scene. They never release anything on time, never update, and overcharge. Now that we're starting to see other cheaper solutions, I don't think they'll be around for much longer unless they change their business practices.
