Kmeaw 3.55 CFW + LV2 = Black Screen

I'm running Kmeaw 3.55 CFW and after a successful white screen in the LV2 patcher, I see the successful white screen, press X and I get a black screen. Power button will not respond so I have to flip the switch at the back.

After rebooting when I try to run LV2 again I get a black screen before I reach the successful white screen again.

Deleting and installing the LV2 patcher puts me back to the first paragraph in this post.

Fat PS3, Non BC.

Edit: Also when running any homebrew, pressing the PS button gives me a hard lockup.

This has now been fixed. It seems initially having the controller plugged in via USB caused a crash which corrupted the file system. This was causing game and XMB hangs even in OFW afterwards.

A simple file system restore, reinstalling LV2, rebooting, then launching the LV2 for the first time and it works fine now.

Did you resolve your issue with am HDD file system restore too?
