    Hello, i noticed that after i installed rogero's 4,30, when i try to access the ps3's dev_hdd0>>home ( or vhs and some other folders that should normalyy be able to access), i get thrown out by a message telling me i have no access rights on those folders. I did though access those folders using multimans File manager , and i noticed something else too. I wanted to log-in to psn just to download some updates and to play a litle CODMWF(from the disk i have) with a friend, but because i wanted to be a litle more" safe" i tried to do what this thread( from the scene's forums) suggests to (
    f189/how-avoid-ban-psn-82151
    )
    . But i've found out there were no files named boot_history[.]dat,game[.]dat and patch[.]dat in the folders that the thread says they should be . i tried opening some apps(ex multiman) , restarting the ps3 and looking over again but still the same.

    So what i want to know is if rogero's cfw 4.30 (or in general the new FW 4,xx) disallows access to those folders by default, and why there werent any of those files where they should be ?

    As for the "home folder" problem. I couldn't access it on 4.30 using FTP either.

    I solved it using multiMAN by pressing O on the folder and selecting "Permissions".

    As for the second problem, I really have no idea, but the method you're using might only be applicable on 3.55.
