Unless Maximus provide their own HEX file support (which I think they might/should), use:
http://psx-scene.com/forums/f178/pic...ections-65863/ (PIC PSGrooPIC flashing/DIY guide, FAQ and hex files collections) . That's basically called the PSGrooPIC and is simply the PSGroove ported to PIC chips
