because i know that i have seen alot of old ,confusing or just plain wrong info on the first thread posts on the news page
like 1 about multiman that was titled "ps2 backups now possible with multiman"or something like that that turned out not to be the case
and no im not asking anyone for anything because im not activly trying any of this yet i just want to keep up with what is going on ,and know how to do all this in my head
im still confused about this wutangrza+geo thing i thought geo and wutangrza were 2 different seperate cfw's ,and i thought that geo came first so why would you want to patch wutangrza with geo?
wouldnt it be the other way arround? ,why add a geo patch at all what is the point?what does it do?why is it nessecary?i thought wutangrza is based on, or a copy of flukes1 isnt it ?can the kmweave patch get applied to wutangrza by itself?
or do you need to add it to wutangrza AFTER you patch wutangrza with geo?or can kmweav patch be aplied to either wutangrza or geo by on thier own ?or is there 3 different configurations?

what about downgrading from a 3.55 cfw to 3.41 with a 256k nand console ?
will it break bluray playback?
what would happen if you backup your devflash from 3.41?would it restore your bluray?or would you need to back it up in 3.55cfw?is there a difference?or better yet has anyone found a safe way to downgrade a 256k nand madel without loosing bluray from 3.55 cfw?i dont even know if they found a way to downgrade a 256k nand madel safely before we had cfw ,because i stopped following the downgrading thing
and i asked this befor but since chesh has a reply here ,and its his info im reffering to ill ask again ,will the old games that never worked from the begining of the jb scene now work with these cfw's?not the 3.42 and above ones im talking about the old games that didnt work because ,as chesh said ,didnt work because the payloads were using the same blocks in memory that the games needed to run ,i just learned that these new cfw's are based on pl3 so does that mean that thoes same blocks of memory are still being occupied and hence the old blackscreen games will still not work ,or will all game backups work now with these cfw's?
also i know that the 3.55 games and games where the eboot was modded will need the old eboots back to work with cfw ,but what about games with edited sfo's?if a game has just had its sfo edite but the eboot was left untouched will it need to have the .sfo edited back to its original state?
