It's on the front page. Look for "Geohot Releases 3.55 Jailbreak! Now with Signing tools!".

Here is my tutorial for Super Noobs.

Step 1: Update your PS3 to 3.55. ( MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE FIRST!!!)

Step 2: Download the jailbreak.zip from the front page and extract the "PS3UPDAT.PUP". Link (Geohot Releases 3.55 Jailbreak! Now with Signing tools!)

Step 3: On the USB Drive, create a new folder and name it "PS3". Then inside the PS3 folder, create a new folder and name it "UPDATE".

Step 4: On the USB Drive, move the PS3UPDAT.PUP to the UPDATE folder.

Step 5: Plug the USB Drive into your PS3.

Step 6: Turn on your PS3.

Step 7: On your PS3 Menu, go to "Settings" and then "System Update".

Step 8: Update your PS3 with the USB Drive.

Step 9: Your PS3 will make beeping sounds and shut off.

    Step 10: You're finished!

The 3.55 can be done through internet connection or has to be a CFW to 3.55?

Updating through the internet works fine. There is a CFW you could use, but it's not really useful in its current state.

I don't think multiman is working yet, there is a method for running backups, but it's complicated. You can read about that and watch a video tutorial in this thread, but if you wait I'm sure multiman will get an update soon. As for other homebrew, you can find most of them in this thread (List of Signed Homebrew Apps).

i updated to 3.55 via internet connection, just like the tutorial said.
Now i want to install the CFW by Geohot. I put it on a USB-Stick (F:/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP) and wanted to install it on my PS3 but my PS3 wont install it it says that no Files are found. what i did wrong?!
    Sorry for my bad english

EDIT: I tried it with a different USB-Stick and now its working fine
