ordered a product on the 30th, 2 weeks later still not here. i payed 20$ extra for ems shipping. customer support doesnt exist, i messaged them and posted on their forums with no replies. tracking says it hasnt even left shanghai yet. if i called up paypal do you think they would gimme a refund? or what would i do have to do to get some sort of action done. ive been sitting here playing the same song on guitar hero for weeks, i want homebrew!

It isn't just dx. My last order to zhuhu 43 days priceangles 34 days modchipcentral 27 days. The post vet there is overloaded to say the least this time if year. And btw none of my tracking ever works. It always says it is in china till the day it arrives. Id just sit tight I am awaiting an order from dx that us going on week four and im not worried their stuff always arrvies as they require a signature for every package. You can start a dispute with paypal but it hasn't been long enough yet and chances are they will make you wait and side withthem as there is a tracking number. It js the price you pay saving cash and ordering overseas. And it is ems shipping not over night but rest assured you are not alone in the agonizing wait.

I've order a ton of stuff from them over the years. Flash carts, pandora batts, etc. Sometimes it take 2 weeks and has been as long as a month. I live in the US in Jerzey. Have faith it will come.

Been waiting 3+ weeks now for a damn PS3 Slim Flip Switch from Dea|Extreme. I've learned my lesson from ordering from China/Hong Kong. NEVER AGAIN.

I'd rather spend a few extra dollars and purchase from a N. American reseller and receive the item in a timely manner instead of waiting and waiting with FAILED tracking numbers from these China Commies.

Bleep them and their lead-tainted, crappy products.

It usually took them (DX) 12-14 days for package to arrive to Europe, now I've been waiting for 6+ weeks and still nothing. Similar for Zhuzhu. Must be their post, I'm usind DHL from now on.

it took 40 days for the item i bought be received in brazil.

it usually takes 20 days.

i guess it's because post offices & carriers are overloaded because we're approaching christmas and new year.

They just shipped my order 7 days after I placed it. I am not complaining. It was only 13 bucks shipped for the superman dongle and switch. All I really need is the switch, but hell, I will take a free dongle.

I always avoid ordering from overseas.. i'm to impatient and things like this could happen.. & I'm always skeptical when it comes to this
