Install KMEAW 3.55 CFW!

I haven't been playing on my PS3 in a while and my brother bought TB some time ago but now i just want to remove the TB dongel and use "KMEAW 3.55 CFW" and i want help with that cus i really don't now where i should download the .PUP file for "KMEAW 3.55 CFW".
I would be very happy if there was anyone that could make a guide on how to remove this shitti TB and install "KMEAW 3.55 CFW"...

Put the pup file on a USB drive in /PS3/UPDATE/UPDAT.PUP
Remove any game disc.
Start in recovery mode. How to access the PlayStation 3 Recovery Menu - PlayStation® Community Forums
Install
