Information before jailbreaking

I'm going to buy a new slim ps3 so I can jailbreak it but I have a few questions:

Will I still be able to access the PSN?
Will I be able to play backed up games on PSN?
Will I have to delete my trophies?
Will it void my warranty?

PS, currently you won't be able to jailbreak a store bought PS3 without soldering.
