Imp Question about the new Medal of honor

I know that the new medal of honor requires firmware 3.42 to work so for now it cant work on jailbroken consoles .
the question is how the game is backuped and uploaded to all piracy torrent sites???? according to my info i cat backup a game unless my console is jailbroken

As far as I know, you can still back the game up with a jailbroken PS3, it just won't play when you select it.

Yes it can be still backed up that is why its on torrent sites its on them for D/L hopeful there will be a work around...
