I need help

So I'm new here and i failed at finding information i need so i'm creating a thread. Please don't flame me, i know i am a noob and that is why i ask for help. So a friend of mine is using jailbreak, he uses some kind of CFW and multiMAN with normal usb pendrive, and i wanted to ask what might that be? I know that he used it on 3.55 OFW and i have 3.56 now, so from what i know i can't use jailbreak now. But i still have some questions:

1. What kind of CFW he might be using?
2. Is it possible to do it on 3.56 OFW or downgrade to 3.55
3. Can I easily go back to OFW in case i want to play my original games?
4. What do i need to make to make it work? (from what my friend told me, I only need CFW and multiman)
5. How long it might take for 3.56 to be moddable?

5. Jesus christ, read the front page. 3.56 can't be hacked. Have to be on 3.55 to upgrade to a modified 3.56 if it will ever be possible.
