How to use Hermes Payload?

How exactly do you use the PSgroove Hermes Payload? I downloaded the TI-84 "Waninkoko Mods PSGroove Hermes Payload", dragged it over to the TI-84, loaded up my ps3 in JB mode, tried installing a retail update through the pkg installer, and i still got the error, despite others saying it should work fine. <.<

Am i missing some other application required on the ps3?

Whats on it right now is simply the first backup manager, the ftp server.

How exactly am i supposed to use the hermes payload so that i can update my games using retail files through the pkg installer? x.x

You need Hermes v4b in order to install retail updates. The Hermes payload you're using is technically v3 + patches.

Ive tried v4B as well, so all im supposed to do is drag it over to my TI-84, load the ps3 up through it like i always do, and it should work?

Am i supposed to transfer it to any specific place on the TI-84?

It goes under Application Variables when i drag it over, but i have no idea how to use the actual thing <.<


Edit: Figured it out, need a newer version of the PS3JB application on the TI-84.
