How to upgrade 3.55 kmeaw to last CFW ?

Hi, i'm at 3.55 kmeaw with an old multiman..
Now i see that there are new CFW but i can't find a tutorial to pass from 3.55 kmeaw to the last CFW.

Who can help me ?

Buy a flasher first Just in case.

start by dehashing your PS3. (just to be safe) to do so find the QA flag pkg.
install and QA flag your PS3. once flagged check to be sure that it is by hilighting the network settings and pressing at the same time L1,L2,R1,R2,L3,D-Pad Down. (debug settings and a couple other items should appear)
Now install OFW 3.55 through recovery menu. (You are now dehashed.)
Now install the 4.21 CFW pup over your 3.55 OFW through the recovery menu. (dont use XMB) this is the same way you should reinstall Other CFW 3.55 firmwares.

also I would install the latest multiman before you do all that just to avoid doing so after the fact.

what is QA flag pkg and where i can find it ?
i must return to 3.55 OFW to pass to 4.21 CFW ?
there isn't a step by step guide to do this ?

General consensus is WAIT, this CFW was removed by the developer cause it bricks some systems and reasons for this isn't exactly known yet.

I just heard about the leak watching dishnetwork, channel G4, attack of the show, I have not been messing with my ps3 since about the time it got difficult to play games that required fw above 3.55, i mean there was a few fixes that worked here and there and then the true blue, but i have just sat back and waited and have been playing with r4 cards, wii modding, xbox reset glitch hacking, psp modding, since i starting this hobby the battle between sony ps3 updates and hacking enthusiast has been the most epic of all time. I mean like at least with most devices other than the ps3 most of the time it was like either we could hack it or not hack it, i have never seen so many different hack and almost hacks that hardly worked are that didnt work very long.

Many years ago I hacked directv and dishnet then both of them updated cards now directv is not publicaly hacked and dishnet is not publically hacked but they have some kind of intenet sharing where people can pay a subscription fee and watch alot of dishnet channels wide open with a FTA free to air box hooked up to the internet , or what ever they are calling these boxes now days

the point im trying to make is that their are people making money and the people making money have things how they want them and they have no reason to hack directv

And back to the video games over the years there has been a group , i dont want to metion their name in a competitors web site like this one but everyone knows the most succesful group that hacks the xbox and also makes and sells their own devices which more than fairly priced and always the best hardware on the market,

Not giving a shot out to them, im just saying its not a coincident that a group finaly got it right about hacking the xbox and its going good for them

Maybe I dont know much and there is a big difference in profits when it comes to free public custom firmwares and selling the hard ware that is needed for the hack

But I wouldnt of minded paying for hardware needed for a hack because the people that found the hack requird people to buy the hardware but i dont think there was ever a group for the ps3 like the main group behind the hacks for xbox 360 like the reset glitch hack and there might not ever be because custom firmwares are free and no one needs to spend money for hardware

I think we could of gotten to this stage in ps3 hacking years ago if was a way for people to make money, the group doing the xbox hacks there hardware gets cloned and sold by other people this is a reason why a awesome group could not spend time on the ps3 years ago

Better late than never but i guess this is just how it works

the guy with 1,000 post saying to wait reposrt of bricks that sound like history repeating its self and i was going to wait a few weeks because i remember what happened with geohots hack

sounds like im in the same situation. last game i played was Uncharted 3 and been playin xbox since. I was so close to selling the ps3, so glad I didnt. I'll wait a couple weeks and hopefully I can get on PSN w/ Boderlands II by Thanksgiving !!!
