How to uninstall/remove jailbreak from ps3?

So my question is how to uninstall/remove all traces of jailbreak from my ps3, i want to play online and start buying games!

Reset it to get shot of Multiman then update to official 4.11 from dash.

If there's nothing you dont want to lose go to Settings and choose Format then update via System Update, if there are things you want to keep delete the GAMES folder in multiman then all JB stuff from the XMB, anything like the GAMES folder will be stuck there if you update before deleting them then the only way to free the space again is to do a system format.

if you have 2 ps3's and one has OFW and you like mw2. Do a data transfer and you can do challenge lobbies online
