How long will it take me to get BANNED on 3.41 PSN?

Hey guys, I am new to the jailbreaking scene and just brought a PS3USBJailbreak and was wondering how long it will take to get banned if I downgrade my ps3 from 3.50 to 3.41 with the payload that enables PSN,

Assume that you will never be able to go on PSN on a jailbroken console until you hear otherwise.

this is the kinda thing we wish we could do, but sadly yon$ will only let up-to-date Firmware on PSN.
