who knows. sony cant just patch this with a firmware update like they could before.
so they are either doing nothing, or are just making sure they come up with something that cant be worked around as easily.
my guess is a firmware update comes out along with a psn maintenance update :) then we will be sol.

I think any update will be cracked and the PSN exploit will just continue to be updated.
It really depends on who made the fix and how many are using it.

and there is 1 more thing that bothers me -without 3.50 or future jailbreak i think that the scene is gonna die same as xbox jtag kernel did ..remember after the kernel update the jtag is imposible !
Never. I can't help but think if they could, they would've done it by now. I was anxious to buy some PSN stuff on Wednesday as I thought they would patch it quick. It's Saturday and I still haven't xD
Plus if they saw a sales spike with the PSN exploit, then maybe they'd be better off not patching it :p
They are collecting all your info and are getting ready to send the Sony NINJAS to chop up your PS3.
I know this for a fact, I have SEEN them in training and they are the dogs bollox. I just don't know when they are coming, Sony have to get them away from playing with their Kinect system first.
On topic:
I don't use a PSN hex yet, I am "sitting on the fence" at the moment as I don't have the spare cash for a second PS3 just in case a ban does happen.
If GT5 can be found to be working on 3.41, I think that will be a deciding factor.
