HOW to install rogero 4.21 spoof 4.25?

Im currently on rebug 0.7 spoof 4.11 . i would like to know wht steps do i required to install cfw rogero 4.21 spoof 4.25?

Cant people read Rogero's release thread?

First install Toglle QA.pk and run. PS3 should beep 3 times and reboot. (I think REBUG is pre QA flagged so just run the rebug selector and set to rebug mode with retail XMB. this now highlight network settings and press at the same time. L1 L2 L3 R1 R2 Dpad down. if debug settings appears below network settings with two other items you are flagged. if not then please try the toggle QA flag app again. Once you are sucessfully QA flagged install OFW 3.55 through the recovery menu. Once on OFW 3.55 Install the Rogero CFW 4.21 through the recovery menu.
