how i install rogero

hi,

i am on firmware 3.55 and the ps3 was jailbroken before using dongles and has multiman installed with some games.

i am looking to move to rogero to play latest games.

i dont want to brick my ps3 so is there a tut i can follow?

is it simple as putting the cfw in my usb and upgrading ps3 from it? Do i need to something before or after.
