How to go back to official firmware

Hi I've been using my 3.55CFW KMEAW PS3 for about 1.5years now and finally I've played all the games I wanted and want to go back to official. It was fun and great but I think owning games that I love is good for me. So a question, what do I have to do to go back to official, the latest 4.11 and keep all my trophies? I know I have to delete my Multiman and all the PSN games downloaded right now but is there anything else I need to get rid of? Is there an easy way to do it? I don't want to lose my trophies by formatting so that is not an option. Another question, I've never logged on to PSN while I was in CFW, could I get banned somehow? Plz help!

One option would be to sync your trophies using PSN (http://psx-scene.com/forums/content/...mpatible-2298/). Then re-sync later when you are on official firmware. This method also allows you to sell your PS3 (while on CFW) for profit and get a brand new PS3. Thus allowing somebody who really wants a CFW PS3 to get one and some extra money in your pocket.

Another question, I've never logged on to PSN while I was in CFW, could I get banned somehow? Plz help!
