How to enter FSM with Ps3break

Hello

Do you guys know how i enter FSM With my ps3break?
I wanna downgrade my ps3 with e3 flasher but on the tutorial from baileys on ps3hax
it says you need the psbreak dongle to enter fsm
Can i just enter fsm with the 1.7 hex on the ps3break dongle or do i need to flash it with something else?

pls some help
