How to downgrade to 3.55 withot Flasher?

Hello,
As is known that we can't downgrade from Rogero 4.21,4.30 or 4.31 without NOR or NAND Flasher!!!
But what i'm sure that don't know it if i can Downgrade to 3.55 CFW or OFW.
1-Did the 3.55 Recovery of backup allow me to back from Rogero 4.21,4.30 or 4.31 to 3.55 or not?
2- Is there any tools help to downgrade without flasher and loosing money? if there are, wondering if these stable or not?

If you already have a Rogero 4.+ firmware installed you can downgrade without a flasher using the right upgrade PUP's, look here http://psx-scene.com/forums/content/...released-2659/ and the downgrade procedure is listed

when i use 4.25 downgrader it go charm without any problems you can see ٍSystem Information show System software 4.21.
System Information in Multiman is 3.55 [SC-36 | Hermes].
but when i try to update Rogero CEX-3.55 CFW V3.7 it show that i must to update to 4.40 and when i ignore it pressing Sellect + Start i get error number :8002F281.
where is my problem if my PS3 is slim , code date: 9C , CECH-2008B.
any idea please?
