How do I use PSNinja_v4.pkg? Can someone send me instructions how to?

Can someone please instruct me or give me instructions in bullets how to use this? I am looking to remove my ps3 jailbreak. I am just confused how to do this properly and I don't even know where to start... Will I do this via MULTIMAN on ps3 or is there something I need to do using my computer?

Check your other thread where bitsbubba and I were helping you. I posted instructions on how to use PSNinja. For future reference just send me a private message. Also, I know that bitsbubba is good about answering questions in his private messages quickly as well

For some reason which I don't know, the site won't let me send private message. T_T

Well anyway, I got the instructions but do I have to delete MULTIMAN and delete all of my saved games on the ps3 before doing all this?
