How to configure Backups to play? –
Well i jsut got my Teensy 2.0 and after installing BMv2 I backed up one of my games to my internal HDD and then took the disc out and booted up the game and i was taken to the XMB, i then went to /app+home/PS3_GAME/ and the game was there i clicked it and it just took me back to the XMB i then tried another 2 games and got a black screen after doing this.. could somebody point me in the direction or tell me what i need to configure/change to get it to work? thanks in advance!
You need to put a game in the drive.
hmm i just tested it with another game and the backup doesnt show up as the cd.. the other game i inserted shows up.. any type of BM people can recomend that works?
it seems that everytime i backup a game it always comes up in the app_game but with no disk in it says it needs a disk to be played but the disk is always a different game to what i want to play.. anybody know what the problem is?
a lot of games will need ANY disc in the drive...
use OPEN MANAGER seems to be the best out at moment... maybe also try backup manager 1.0 this is ment to be good but i have no disc drive to test
While you can mount any game you like to App Home/PS3_Game, most will not work this way.
Some do, but not many. For better compatibility, and less aggravation, just toss any PS3 game in the drive, and use that as your mount point. Using this method gets you near 95% compatibility.
What do you mean by mount to Home/PS3_Game?

I have that Home/PS3_Game listed under GAME. Should that be removed somehow in order to do the less aggravation way?
If you could list the steps in a little more detail for the tossing any PS3 game in, I would appreciate it.
I also have the same problem and have tried putting a game in the disc. Anyone know how to solve this?
