homebrew won't load 3.55 kmeaw

I got a 60gb phat playstation 3 on 3.55 kmeaw Cfw the problem is that it has no blueray drive and I think you need a blueray drive to run homebrew is there any way to bypass this so I can run home brew with no blueray drive I seached google and nothing came up to do with my problem

im trying to run OpenFTP but i get a blank screen coz i have no bluray drive

You must at least have a working logic board thats married to your console connected to it to run any tools etc. so not the hole thing.... just the board. Well actually depending on whats wrong with it a faulty logic board should work as long as the console can see it and it has power.

the ps3 was in the loft and it had the YLOD and then i went on holiday with family BUT my house got burgled and then the set fire to it the blueray drive was down stairs i was gunna sell it when i come back most of the stuff down stairs got burnt it was lucky that the fire engine got on time it didnt spread up stairs, people are scum

so the logic board is fu*ked

What is the model number I may have a spare board laying around I could sell you for it. You will have to remarry the board to the console but it would at least run then.
