This time my question is, im currently using firmware 3.41. Say i upgrade to 3.7 and go on PSN will sony detect that my system was once jailbroken?

I don't think anyone knows this %100 except Sony. If you want to be sure you can format your hard drive before going to 3.7. Personally, I don't think they care as long as you are on the new official firmware.

Delete the history with "WipeHistory", format the whole HDD and then just install 3.70 OFW over CFW = done

so if i format my hdd does that mean i lose all my saves, trophies, videos, etc?
