HELP Recovery Menu freeze when I press system update(line 6) on rogero 4.30 v1.00

I installed Roger 4.30 everything went smoothly, but because I had an old MultiMan then after installation I got a massege that says the DATA PS3
corrupted something and I tried to install again from the recovery menu but when I press on the 6 line it just freeze and could not do anything just disconnect and connect the PS3 but somehow I managed to get along with people . Just turned on the PS3 and let him to do what he needs to work again as it did a restore to the data and work out and now I'm working on Roger 4.30 v1.00. So my question is whether I will downgrade to 3.55 process according to the guide of Rebug and the SYSTEM UPDATE goes fine, and after this I will enter to the recovery menu and then I do not know what to do if the 6 Option freeze when I press on it. There's someone that have the same situation like this? and how can I fix this? I don't want to start the update to other cfw when I don't know if it's work.
