help on PS1 games please?

Hi. I'm not sure if I will get in trouble but I am not sure where else to ask.

I got this REALLY obscure japanese game on the PS1. I heard that it has an anti mod chip thingy on it. Would that effect working on a hacked PS3 though? The game is called Ore No Ryouri. I never actually burned a PS1 game before. How does it work? I have IMG burn. it has a ECM file which is 478 MB I think. Would that be the ISO pretty much?

I never did it on PS1 games before sorry. If this is a moddable thread can someone PM me? don't mean to sound like a noob but I don't want to mess anything up. I never heard of a ECM file that's why. It's a really obscure japanese game from the year 2000 I think so I'm not sure if it would even matter.

try looking here ecm tools ISO < Sony Playstation / PSX PS1 | Emuparadise there are a couple of programs to convert an ecm to bin or iso.

why dont try the normal 1:1 burn 1st, its only a cd

Iv'e tried to turn the file into an iso...and can't get it to work...I also have another PS1 game that is a sub file...what is going on?

Ok, I just changed the file name to ISO and it changed...

But what speed should I burn it at?
