Hi guys. I am wondering if anybody can help me. I recently installed 3.55, and then kmeaw CFW 3.55, as well as BDEMU and multiman. Everything has been working fine as far as games go.

However, I just played (and tested several) blueray movies, and none of them are playing the all the audio. Meaing you only hear the background sounds and not the people talking. This only happened since installed the CFW.

I searched but am not finding a solution, is this common or is there anyway you know to fix it?

    Would apreciate any help. Thanks!

Nope that's not common. To rule out the fact that it's your CFW, reinstall 3.55 OFW via recovery and try playing a blu-ray movie again. If you still have the same issue, I'd say it's something to do with your audio settings or the way you have your PS3 connected to your audio setup. If you don't have the issue, then it's the CFW.

Chesh beat me to it. That's basically it unless your audio channels aren't configured right.

Several people reported this problem. I think settings were the problem, not sure. Do a good search, you should find it somewhere here

I dont know what would be different. I didnt change anything, its still an HDMI setup just as it was before the CFW. I have searched but am not finding an anwser.

If i reinstall the original 3.55, do I do it from the XMB or the service mode?

Check the TV settings also. Whenever you do a firmware flash, audio settings usually always get reset.

Ok, I reset the audio settings on the PS, and unplugged my tv and plugged it back in. One of those must have done it, b/c its working now.

Thanks for the speedy responces guys!
