Help needed with my stuck downgrade
Help needed with my stuck downgrade –

Hi Guys,
I think I bricked my PS3 fhat (CECHG01). I wanted to fix the blu-ray playback issue, so I went ahead got into the service mode and downgraded my 3.55 kmeaw CFW to the modified 3.41, then to 3.15 OFW, then back to 3.55 OFW. The problem is, I got stuck downgrading to modified 3.41 and tried to redo it twice. Then now, my ps3 will shut off after 5 secs. It shows a green light, then a red with a beep. How do I get out of this mode?
I tried putting in the Lv2diag FILE 2 to test if it'll go out but to no avail. Also tried files from both 3.50 and 3.55 downgrades.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try going into safe mode maybe? People here describe it as "recovery menu"
Or (what I`d try) is a low-level format of your HD.
Well, take it out, attach it to your pc, make a partition, format it to NTFS, then fit back inside your PS3, put OFW 3.55 on a dongle in PS3/UPDATE folder and put it in your ps3. Switch on See if it takes the OFW.
If no dice, then retry but try the safe mode procedure... (turn on while holding power button, hold power till turn off, then hold power again and you will hear one beep, keep holding then two beeps, let go)
Hope you not fooked your LV2 or you are in deep shyte. NAND/NOR programmer is your only way then
I`m thinking probably bricked actually but I keep my fingers crossed for you.

Risking looking like an idiot, I`ll say yes. They all have safe mode I`d have thought.
Think it depends on which firmware and not model it was on.
