I bought my ps3 around 3 month ago, for the game, i only bought mgs4 and ffxiii.

A week ago i decide to bought a jail break device. Now, my firmware at the time was 3.50, after following the instruction i manage to downgrade it to 3.41. The first thing i did, was using open manager to back up my 2 games to internal HD, it took quite some time (about an hour for ffxiii, which result in 40+ gb), now i can play my games from internal HD, good right?

Now, a couple days ago, i try to play some games that i dl online (assassin's creed brotherhood, and god of war iii), the problem is, when i back it up to my internal hd, i notice that it goes much slower than it does when i back up my own game (brotherhood took 2+ hours for 7+ gb), and that's not all, i notice my ps3 menu is now responding slowly, and it took more time to boot up my ps3.

Looking info online, i tried to fix it by entering safe mode, and choose "Restore File System" and then "Rebuild Database", it fix the ps3 menu problem, but the backup speed (from external hd to internal hd) is still slow (at this point, i try to back up god of war 3, after more than 1 hour, i still at 1+ gb). And another problem arise, some time when i start my ps3, an error message appear "Cannot start system, can't find the proper hard disk" (or something like that). I tried formatting the hd, but nothing change.

And then i did something stupid... (or at least i think so), i thought maybe the problem is in the firmware, so i decide to redo the steps to downgrade my ps3 firmware. I set my jail break for downgrade, put it in the right usb, connect the power cord, push the power and eject button quickly. After restart, I got the factory setting, NOW when i tried the next step, put a usb drive with some file (Lv2diag.self and PS3UPDAT.PUP) power the ps3 up.... but it won't start.....

It was supposed to start, read the usb drive, and power down, but it wont. It just power up, and that's it.... nothing on my tv, and the ps3 won't shut down on its own (i wait 30 minutes), when i check my usb drive, there was this txt fille, UPDATER_LOG.txt, when i open it, it read :

when i try to start the ps3 without any jail break or usb drive, it's the same, there will be nothing shown in my tv but my blue screen. So please... help me...

1. What's the problem? what did i do wrong? how can i fix it?
2. If i can't fix it, is it okay if i send it to sony for service? i mean it still have warranty, and i still remember that the last time my ps3 still working, i just finished formatting it, so there is no open manager or any other jail break related program in the internal hd.
