Help Me put iso games onto my external hard drive then onto ps3.

Ive got a jailbreak dongle and uploaded back up manager, all works fine.

I've just downloaded two games to put onto my 320gb external hard drive.
the files were saves as Win.RAR files, ive extracted them to my desktop. there in iso format now but when i drag them onto my external hard drive they wont go on, am i doing somthing wrong? if so can some one please correct me and tell me how to do it.

what format sould the game be in to work on my ps3?

yes, you are doing something wrong. downloading games, that is.
