iam on 4.21 and i want to use backup manger like multiman and copy games on HDD and play games
and idea how to use backup manger and using install pakages ?> >>

bad luck for you my friend. To play backup games you need to be on 3.55 Custom Firmware or 4.XX custom firmware. If you are on original firmware, you need to downgrade (buy a flasher) or wait for a new way to play backups. please, read around the forum a little and you will find all the answers. cheers!

Use the version checker PUP to see what the lowest firmware your system supports. If it's a super slim it will be 4.21. If you have a Phat or Slim it can be jailbroken.
