About LinkBacksHELP deep in the **** downgrade nightmare!! downgraded from 3.55 cfw kmeaw to modded 3.41 fw then tryed to downgrade to 3.40 modded fw got no apps game folder on xmb to use factoryservicemode.gnpdrm.pkg oh and I have exited fsm. I have got psgrade on ipod mini 2g but forum says its for 3.41 or 3.50 fw and the modded 3.41 fw on ps3 is 3.56 modded to 3.41 fw. will the ipod mini 2g work or can I use mfw 3.56cfw to get apps game folder on xmb and carry on downgrading don't know what to do any help really appreciated

08-27-2012,03:42 PMI'm on 3.41 modded fw I think the 3.41 modded fw is 3.56 cos when I update with 2 beeps and lead in controller it says it is 3.56 and need same fw or higher but when I update the normal way threough xmb it says 3.41. Need to get in factory service mode to go to 3.40 modded fw then 3.41 ofw and 3.41 hermes cfw . My laser has broke and 3.41 has better diskless gameplay for me. I downloaded these files last year or even longer as I went to 3.55 kmeaw on want to go back to 3.41 hermes

08-27-2012,04:12 PMDon't know what to tell you other then try to QA flag then downgrade as truthfully the method of downgrading you are using has been obsolete since about two weeks after it came out. I wish all the old info like PSGrade would just fade away as it is more troublesome then useful to most end users.

install 3.41 OFW in FSM, then boot ps3, and if it boots exit fsm, then update to 3.55 OFW from XMB
