Help with Corrupted file

Hi every so today i uninstalled like the first version of multiman so i can install the newest but when i uninstalled the multiman app it gave me a error with numbers (XXXXXXXXX) and said corrupted data file. Is there anyway to delete this? i think you probably could on a ftp but i don't know which folder this corrupted file is at. Dose anyone know the correct path, thanks.
