Help with 3.41 hermes to OFW 3.56

Hey guys, i´m thinking in updating my CFW to OFW.

How do I proceed?

And a need to erase my log or something like that for the psn? If so, how this is done?

You don't have to delete anything. Just update. you're safe; I've been on 3.60 ever since it came out from 3.55 kmeaw. No ban. Sony will only ban if you get on psn with a jailbroken ps3.

OFW 3.56? Don't do it, if you don't know what the current OFW is I wouldn't attempt something so drastic

You should just skip 3.56 and go straight to 3.60

First the official FW is not 3.56. Second a certain thing is down, so you might as well stay at least until it's up. Third you may wanna rethink what you plan on doing if you don't even know the correct official firmware.
