Heavy Rain BCES00802 Move Problems

Wondering if anyone can help me out here.

I'm trying to get the move patch working on Heavy Rain (BCES00802)

It's all installed correctly following the other threads but when I try to play it I can't calibrate or use the Move controller.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

having exact same problem but with bces00797

any advice?
