But OP, no you can't. It'll stay on 3.61 unless a downgrade is released. But switching HDDs will never downgrade current PS3s. Next time search too, this question has been asked countless of times.

Its actually one of the sticky's at the top. Another option is to sell your PS3 on Craigslist or something and get one that has older firmware on it. Just a thought

AND AS FOR OP SORRY DUDE bless her for feeling bad about it but next time she uses any of ur stuff tell her to sorry dude i will explain to u how swapping hard drives doesnt work with firmware

    *serious mode ON*

Part of the FW stays on the Nand Flash, Swapping will not Downgrade anything. BECAUSE SHE HAS UPDATED THE FW NO MATTER HOW MANY HDD YOU SWAP THE FW WILL STILL BE ON THE NAND FLASH WHICH IS A BUMMER
SO NO YOU CANT BUT THEN AGAIN GOOD LUCK DUDE ATLEAST U GOT PSN BACK

Slight correction: All of the FW is on the NAND. Part is on the NOR. But everything else, the OP needs to reads and read slowly
