I've come across a problem where I have run out of free space on my HD but when I delete anything off it and go check how much free space I have it is still 0kb and no matter what I delete its stuck there. Anyone know how to fix it?

I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS MIGHT WORK BUT, remove hdd and put ti back in. i'm sure there are official tut's on this from Sony themselves showing you the safe way to do it. i'm just thinking it needs a sort of refresh lol
