having a weird issue

my brother was using my ps3 fat 40 and started updating it from 3.55 to 3.56 . i was pissed but anyway the update downloaded and then started installing but then the install fails and gives me a 800----- something error when i go to check it on sony website it says its just having trouble installing it but ive tried it like 8 times and it always fails

what can i do?

Write down the full error code so someone that knows more then you can actually answer your question.
