Has Cobra 3.55 CFW been made?

I cannot find any information on a compiled CFW of the Cobra dongle, I know quite a while ago it was cracked and the files and how it worked were published to the web but are there any firmware compilations that have it?

Is there such thing as 3.55 Cobra Firmware that is just a pup file to install on the PS3?

I don't have the Cobra Dongle, just have 3.55 Kmeaw FW

There is no CFW that has the Cobra features without the dongle.
