So I am considering moving to OFW again. What do I need to run/do?

Is there anything that can be kept (PSN Games, XMB installed games, etc)?

My current steps will be as follows:

1) Delete Whatever needs to be deleted

2) I think there was a program (maybe by BenJeremy?) that wiped you ps3 memory and placed a spoofed game history on there

Any Help on that?

3) Go to OFW 3.55

4) Go to 3.7x (whatever the latest OFW is)


So do I have this about right?
