God Of War III internal backup not working.

Hey fellas....
I just backed up my original GOW3 onto my jailbreak ps3.Everytime I try to play it,I get kicked back to XMB.
A little googling and searching reveal that it might work if I delete some game data,but for the life of me can't find or figure out which files or data I'm suppose to delete.If anybody knows which files they are,I will appreciate it.
This is a brand new ps3 slim with Hermes v4b,Rogero Manager v7.5 and minimus avr v1.
Any help will be appreciated,Thanks again.

God of War III kicks me back to the XMB but only when i'm using it diskless. If I put in a game then launch it it works fine. I'm not sure about the other methods though.

Well,mine does not work even if I put a disc in.Did you downloaded your copy or your own rip ?

I am facing the exactly problem too, does this anything to do with our disc region? mine is from asian.

UPDATE.....got it working.

Took out GOW3 disc in the drive,replaced it with a different game and delete the update folder and bam...! the game now works.

im sorry.. i dont quite get it..
you already have gow 3 blue ray disc before hand ?? or u have a rip of em already? and you should have another disc? that means 2 discs required??
