Getting to OFW 3.56

I'm currently on kmeaw CFW 3.55, I want to clear my jailbreaking/homebrew stuff and just go to OFW, I'm not rich enough to buy a new PS3 and I want to be able to use PSN risk-free.

What steps do I take to get back to OFW 3.56 and keep intact my PSN access and not brick my PS3.

Help.

Format your HDD and update via recovery mode, but that's still no sure way to say Son't wan't ban you anyway for using a CFW in the first place.

Format your hard drive and update through network or usb.

edit: don't worry, sony would have never worded their official statement that way if they didn't intend to give people another chance if they went "clean". you have nothing to fear, friend.

I would think it would be enough to Format your Hard Drive with PS3 and Update Back to 3.55 OFW and than to 3.56 OFW

Format > 3.55 OFW > 3.56 OFW

I did:
Format -> OFW 3.55 -> Format -> OFW 3.56

I'm fine for 3 weeks.

And I think you should revert to the good cert if you accessed psn with fu*kpsn or any other way to do it ...
