Getting my PSN Profile onto a new 3.41 PS3

I got a PS3 slim with 3.41 that never was on PSN and I'm trying to figure out a way on how to get my profile including trophies onto that new ps3 (And still leave it on the old). My profile is currently running on my ps3 fat with 3.15. The reason that i want the profile on my new PS3 is that I want to be able to unlock new trophies and sync them when there is a way to sync them with a JB PS3. (I know that it's currently not possible)

From my understanding using the Backup Utility will not work, as it will not transfer trophies and even delete my profile on my old PS3?

The backup utility won't delete your profile on the fat PS3, but there is no way to transfer the trophies as you need PSN access to retrieve the trophies.

I am in the exact same boat. Fat PS3 on 3.15 and new PS3 slim on 3.41.

Not much you can do but wait.
