Getting to CFW/Jailbreak from 3.55

Hey,

I used to have a PS3 JB but I upgraded to 3.55 because the scene slowed slightly and I wanted to play some newer games. My question is, I've seen stuff scattered over the place but I haven't found an answer, is there any way to downgrade or jailbreak 3.55? If so, how?
