Games boot fine...apps give me 80010009

I've got a 120gig slim running kmeaw 3.55 on it. the latest multiman runs fine and boots games fine with bdemu installed.

I can install and run apps like, spoofers, cold boot installers, lvl 2 patchers etc and run them no proplem.
I can also install anything I've tried without installation errors. My problem is trying to launch most apps after install. I've tried every PS3 FTP app, they all install fine, but all of them give me 80010009 when trying to run them. I get this error with other apps/utils as well, but some like mentioned above still run fine. I've search various sites and forums but end up confusing myself more.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeah i am getting this error too.

games work fine, however the PSN pkgs don't.

A lot of PSN packages won't work without them being activated.

As for the apps not loading, if they continue to not load after using the link Chesh gave you, the best thing to try is to flash 3.55 OFW, then install 3.55 kmeaw CFW. And reinstall the apps from there and they should load.
