Hi,
Im new to the forums and just wanted to ask what FW new PS3s are usually shipped with.
I realise the ones shipped right now have probably been produced a year ago or at least a few months back, but whats the OFW on them?
How long do you think before they will come with 3.56 on them?

Also heard some stock 3.50 cant be downgraded but that does not matter since upgrading to CFW 3.55 is way better :)
well just got mine 2 days ago 160gb slim it has 3.42. Im about to do whatever to the firmware now but not quite sure which direction im planning on going and what i should install before even doing anything online. So please anyone with advice which step, direction or link to a good guide ill appreciate it. I know its different topic so send msg maybe lol. thanks anyways and yes i could search and i have im just asking for personal opinions maybe more detailed then tutorial post. THanks my old 80gb i was running geo's 3.55 cfw with bypass before sold it,
I bought a 160GB Gran Turismo 5 + Grownups bundle and that came with 3.50 a couple of weeks ago.
3 weeks ago i bought 320gb ps3 with 3.40 on it :)
The PS3 320G Move Pack comes bundled with 3.40...
