Hi,
I have just installed Waninkoko’s PS3 Custom Firmware 3.55 with Backup Support. It works perfect also with Multiman backup. But then I installed a FTP server but when I run it a get an error. I have tried with both PS3 FTP server and BlackBox FTP.
Any idea why?
You're not using the one that's properly signed is my guess. Check all homebrew for 3.41 thread.
it didn't work.... tested all versions from ftp blackb0x.
Tried all versions too, both PS3 FTP Server and Blackb0x.
Also have problems with MultiMAN can only get GTA IV to work.
Non of these work. They are all backed up from cd.

I was mistaken before. If you want to use any homebrew applications on and of the CFW, they need to be signed for 3.55 or they won't work. As for games that don't work, if you've modified any part of it (fixed eboot/package install) you'll need to replace all the original files again and delete the game data from the Game Data util in the Game XMB. Then try to re-run the game. If it still doesn't work, check PS Jailbreak Compatibility List - Home for compatibility.
