    Hello,
I just reinstalled my PS3 and reinstalled 3.55 Kmeaw CFW after formatting my Harddrive.
I backed up all the saves to my computer, but im getting error when loading them:
"This file is not associated with your account"
This is a common problem, something that needs to be fixed.

I've tried my old game saves in Red Dead Redemption and FIFA 11, and ive learnt that the problem is the 'ACCOUNT ID' in the "param.sfo".
I opened my old "param.sfo" and compared it to a new "param.sfo" in my FIFA 11 Options save. I and saw that they were different in the 'ACCOUNT ID' and 'PARAMS' tab.
I were able to get the options file with your match history working, by replacing the new "param.sfo" with my old one.

I then tried to get my Career saves working, but no luck. The things I've tried is:

    - Replacing a newly created career's "param.sfo" with my old one. NO LUCK
    - Changing the 'ACCOUNT_ID' in the old "param.sfo" to the same as in the new "param.sfo". NO LUCK
    - Changing both 'ACCOUNT_ID' and 'PARAMS' tabs in my old "param.sfo" to the same as in the new "param.sfo". NO LUCK

You need an SFO editor to open the "param.sfo" with, and hopefully we can together get rid of this problem?

    Thanks for reading!
    Carl

Account id is not sufficient. Change also PS3 id, and user number. If this still doesn't work, You cannot do anything more. In hex editor, SFO Edit doeasn't offer this.

You can also install Rebug and turn on option: Fake Save Data Owner, and games will start ignoring this stuff (but if You want back on fw without this option, problem will back).

I checked it in the hex editor, but I couldnt find the PS3 ID and USR NUMBER. Where in the hex editor is it?

Is it the codename rebug you mean? If yes, is it just to install official 3.55 again, and then install the rebug?

    Thanks

Create a new save then use ftp or a file manager to swap all files except PARAM.SFO and PARAM.PFD from the old save folder into the new save folder eg. hdd0:/home/00000001/savedata/"BLES00195-career or whatever folder it is". The first time you try and load the save it will probably give you an error but the second time it should work. And to stop getting errors you should save the game as soon as your able.

Look to topic: "unlocking game saves" (or something like that), I Was described this there. Anyway, my memory already back to my brain, ;] FF13 is one of the "PFD protected games" and changing these IDs is not enough to resign this save data.

Yes. CFW Rebug. If You didn't downgrade fw from above 3.56, You can safely use it. IMO it's the best CFW on the wild. Back to OFW 3.55 and install CFW 3.55.2 Rebug (+ latest update package for this fw)
    CFW md5 checksums collection

Fake Save Data Owner is default on.
